      Our Return Policy

      Physical CD/DVD/Vinyl - eligible for refund within 30 days. If you determined that the product needs to be returned, you can send your return with your sales order number included to:

      Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process after receipt. We will contact you via email when we process your return.

      USA - Domestic

      You can ship via the US Post Office Standard Mail. This takes about 3-10 days to arrive. Tracking IDs are issued for all domestic shipments, and you should receive a tracking number with your emailed shipment confirmation.

      Need it faster? UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Overnight are available! Please keep in mind that UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

      International

      Delivery times vary from 7-30 days depending on your location. We provide a tracking ID for international postal shipments that tracks progress on a shipment prior to export out of the US. Expedited shipping services provide more extensive tracking IDs. All tracking IDs are provided with your emailed shipment confirmation.

      For all international shipments, we use the value of the order for customs documents. Our order and shipping costs do not include any pre-payment for local taxes, duties, or customs fees. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying local taxes, duties, and customs fees at receipt.

      To ensure the FASTEST delivery possible for International orders, please select DHL Express or UPS Worldwide Express.

      For UPS and DHL orders shipped to Russia, you must provide a business address for delivery. UPS and DHL cannot deliver to home addresses.
